Which systems does Karmaflow integrate with?+
Karmaflow ships first-class connectors to 130+ systems across CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive), communication (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Office 365), support (Zendesk, Intercom, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management), data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift), billing and finance (Stripe, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Chargebee), voice and contact center (Twilio, Five9, Genesys, Talkdesk), identity (Okta, Auth0, Microsoft Entra), and verticals (Epic, Cerner, Workday, HighLevel). Custom connectors are typically delivered in 1–2 weeks.
What is MCP and why does it matter for AI integrations?+
Model Context Protocol (MCP) is the emerging standard for letting AI agents safely use external tools. Karmaflow speaks MCP natively in both directions—it can publish its own tools so any MCP-compatible model (Claude, Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT) can call them, and it can mount tools from any third-party MCP server. One contract replaces dozens of bespoke integrations and gives security teams a single control plane to govern.
Can my team use Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Chat as the interface to Karmaflow?+
Yes. Karmaflow exposes its agents, workflows, and data as connectors for the assistants your team already uses every day. Claude (via MCP), Microsoft Copilot (via Copilot Connectors and Microsoft 365), Google Chat with Gemini (via the Karmaflow app for Google Chat), and ChatGPT Enterprise can all run Karmaflow tools. Your SSO, audit, and per-action policy gates apply automatically.
What if my system has no API or webhook—can Karmaflow still automate it?+
Yes, with Computer Use. Karmaflow runs sandboxed browsers and desktop sessions where vision-grounded agents log in, click, type, screenshot, and complete work the same way a human teammate would. We use this for legacy ERPs, county portals, niche dispatch tools, and any system without an API. Every session is captured frame-by-frame, fully replayable, and routed through the same approval and audit layer as API-based actions.
How fast can a custom integration ship?+
Most custom MCP connectors and REST adapters ship in 1–2 weeks once a Solutions Engineer has the system credentials and target actions. Computer Use workflows for systems with no API can ship even faster—often in a few days—because they require no engineering on the third-party side.
Are integrations governed, scoped, and auditable?+
Yes. Every connector operates under the same Karmaflow control plane. Credentials are scoped per agent and per action, sensitive operations require approval, and every tool call is signed and logged with full payloads, traces, and outcomes. Identity is enforced at the platform—agents never share credentials and authority cannot be granted by prompt. SOC 2 Type II is in progress; HIPAA support is available with a BAA.
Does Karmaflow support REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and SSE?+
Karmaflow exposes a typed REST API with idempotent writes, a GraphQL endpoint for relational queries, signed webhooks for event delivery, and Server-Sent Events for streaming traces. Typed SDKs are available for TypeScript, Python, Go, and Java. Authentication options include OAuth 2.0, API key, mTLS, and SCIM 2.0 for user provisioning.
What does platform reliability look like?+
Karmaflow runs in US, EU, and APAC regions with a 99.99% uptime SLA, p50 latency under 180 ms for tool calls, and disaster-recovery RPO/RTO targets aligned to enterprise procurement. Region pinning, data-residency controls, and per-tenant isolation are configurable so connectors comply with GDPR, PIPEDA, and sector-specific requirements.
