Karmaflow.ai Sub-processors

Karmaflow Inc. (“Karmaflow.ai”) uses a limited number of third-party service providers (“Sub-processors”) to assist us in providing the Karmaflow.ai Services. These Sub-processors provide critical infrastructure and services, such as cloud hosting, communications, and AI model processing.
As required by our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), this page identifies our Sub-processors, describes their function, and lists their location.
Core Infrastructure and Service Sub-processors
Karmaflow.ai has performed diligence to ensure that each Sub-processor maintains appropriate data protection and security standards.

Note on Infrastructure Providers
Our core infrastructure is hosted on leading cloud platforms like Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). These providers are responsible for the physical security of their data centers and manage their own extensive list of sub-processors for functions like data center operations. While Karmaflow.ai remains responsible and accountable for our direct Sub-processors, you can find more information about their own compliance programs and sub-processor lists at their respective sites for supplementary informational purposes:

Updates to this List
As our business grows and evolves, the Sub-processors we use may also change. We will provide our Customers with notice of any new Sub-processor appointments in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum.
